This agreement ("Agreement") is made between Neuma ("We", "Us", “The Company” or "Our") and the user ("You" or "Your") who is participating in our online program ("Course") on The Foundations For Psychedelic Exploration.
No Promotion of Illegal Activity: This course, "The Foundations of Psychedelic Exploration" (hereinafter referred to as "the Course"), provided by Neuma (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), is intended strictly for educational and informational purposes only. The Company does not condone, promote, endorse, or advocate for any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to, the unauthorized use, possession, production, distribution, or sale of psychedelic substances.
No Legal Permission for Facilitation: This Course does not provide any form of legal permission, certification, or qualification to facilitate, guide, or administer psychedelic experiences. Any attempt to use the information provided in this Course for the aforementioned activities is at the individual's own risk and responsibility.
Content Ownership and Copyright: All course content, including but not limited to, text, images, audio, video, and any forms of intellectual property are owned by the Company and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the course content for their personal, non-commercial use only. This explicitly includes any attempts to translate the course content into any other language. Any attempts to copy, distribute, publicly display, translate, modify, or otherwise exploit the course content without prior written consent from the Company, or for any commercial purposes, are strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
Confidentiality: Participants are required to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information received during the course. Unauthorized sharing or dissemination of such information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Term and Termination: This Agreement commences upon the participant's enrollment in the Course and will remain in effect unless terminated by either the participant or the Company in accordance with any termination provisions set forth separately.
Changes to Agreement: The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Course website or otherwise communicated to participants, and participants' continued use of the Course following any such changes will constitute agreement to such changes.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in this Course, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, directors, shareholders, and agents from any and all claims, actions, damages, injuries, liabilities, costs, fees, expenses, and any other loss that may occur relating to or arising directly or indirectly out of any action taken based on the information provided in this Course. This includes, but is not limited to, legal actions arising from illegal activities or misuse of the information provided.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: All registration deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Company for special circumstances. You have 7 days to cancel your enrolment in the course after you access the materials, otherwise no refund is warranted.
